Ab lounger Exercise Tips

An  ab lounger video should come with your machine however, here are a few exercise tips to get you started.

  1. Unfold the ab machine and place it on a flat, solid level floor.
  2. While relaxed and in a sitting position put the left and right foot securely into the foot rests and adjust the straps so that both feet are secure. Hold of both handle bars firmly with the left and right hand and bend your upper body into a a crunching  motion. Another option is get hold of the strap at the back of the lounger and position both your hands behind the back of your head like you would do an abdominal crunch lying on the floor.
  3. Feeling relaxed start your ab workout by moving yourself forward and simultaneously pull your lower body in the direction of your upper body.
